Hiring Memorial Centre Facilities
The basic hourly cost of hiring either the Main Hall or the Cowesfield Room, for bookings that will be fulfilled by the end of 2018, is £10.00 per hour. Hires from the start of 2019 onwards will be charged at £12.00 per hour. In addition to the basic hire fee, a projector, large screen, microphone and speaker system can be hired for either room for an extra charge of £5.00. Both rooms have access to the fully fitted kitchen. WiFi is available throughout the building.
Use of Kitchen
Use of the kitchen is included if required. Should there be two users, one in each hall, who both require the kitchen, the Trustees will require hirers to agree a shared arrangement.
Use of Changing Rooms
Changing rooms are included in pitch hire fees. Notice is required to turn on the hot water if showers are required.
Hours of Operation
The Centre is available 7 days a week. Hours of operation are 09:00 am to 10:30 pm Sunday to Friday; 09:00 am to 12:00 midnight on Saturday.
